Decolonial Thoughts Learning Series

September 12, 2026

This September–October, join Decolonial Thoughts for a new series of three live online workshops exploring Writing, Food and Rest through a decolonial lens.

Across three 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn, reflect, discuss and take part in practical exercises designed to help you explore the everyday practices that shape how we understand ourselves, our communities and the world around us.

The series begins with Writing for Social Change, led by award-winning culture writer and editor Tayo Bero, with workshops on Food and Rest to follow.

Come for one workshop or experience the full series. Every participant will also receive a Decolonial Thoughts Practice Guide to continue exploring the ideas after the session.

No academic background needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to take part.

Individual tickets, Full Series Passes and a limited number of reduced-price Community Tickets are available.
